Ingredients for 2 people:
Extra virgin olive oil
3 measures of wild rice (transparent cup)
2 garlic cloves
4 measures of water (blue cup)
Salt
1 mango
1 apple
1 avocado
1 lime
Preparation:
Put a dash of olive oil in the rice cooker.
Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear.
Add the water and salt. Place the lid and press Cook.
Leave to cool.
Peel and chop the mango, apple and avocado.
Grate the lime zest on top.
Mix with the rice.
Season with lime juice and olive oil.
