COD OMELETTE

Ingredients for 1 person:

1 small potato

Extra virgin olive oil

2 eggs

Salt

50 g of desalted, flaked cod

3 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce

Preparation:

Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices.

Place it in the rice cooker covered with oil.

Close the lid and press Cook.

Cook for 10 minutes (until soft).

Carefully drain the oil.

Clean the rice cooker and fill it with 500 ml of water.

Beat the egg with salt.

Mix it with the potato and cod.

Grease the steamer basket with a little oil.

Place the mixture on top and put it in the rice cooker.

Close the lid and press Cook.

Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with the fried tomato on top.
