NOODLE SOUP WITH MEATBALLS

Ingredients for 2 people:

100 g minced pork

100 g minced beef

1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

A pinch of salt

Black pepper

2 tablespoons milk

1 egg

Garlic powder

Chopped parsley leaves

60 g angel hair pasta (no. 0)

600 ml chicken stock

Preparation:

For the meatballs:

Combine all the ingredients except the pasta and stock. Roll up the meat into balls.

Fill the rice cooker with the stock, noodles and meatballs.

Close the lid, press Cook and leave to cook for 22 minutes.
