PROVOLONE POUCHES WITH APPLE COMPOTE

Ingredients for 2 people:

Provolone cheese

Oregano

A few sheets of wonton dough

1 egg

Sunflower oil

Apple compote

Preparation:

Cut the provolone into small pieces.

Arrange it on a wonton wrapper. Sprinkle a little oregano on top.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold into triangles.

Fill the rice cooker pot with 600 ml of water.

Place the steamer basket inside and brush with a little oil.

Place the wonton pouches on top, place the lid and press Cook.

Serve with a dollop of apple compote.
