Ingredients for 2 people:
Extra virgin olive oil
100 g chopped pork ribs
100 g finely chopped onion
Salt, black pepper
Sweet paprika
50 ml red wine
75 g fried tomato
4 measures of thick noodles (transparent cup)
3 measures of beef stock (blue cup)
50 g peas
10 g ground toasted almonds
Saffron powder
Parsley
1 chopped garlic
Preparation:
Prepare a sofrito:
Put a little olive oil in the rice cooker with the pork ribs and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Place the lid and press Cook and leave to cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, stir, replace the lid and press Cook.
After 5 minutes, open the lid, stir, add the paprika and wine. Close the lid and press Cook again.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid and add the fried tomato.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Close the lid and press Cook.
To prevent it from becoming too dry, you can stop cooking after 30 minutes (this may vary depending on the size of the noodles).
