Ingredients for 2 people:
150 g defrosted spinach
15 g butter
110 g flour (preferably strong)
1 tsp baking powder
5 g salt
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Place the spinach and butter in the rice cooker, place the lid and press Cook.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Mix with the flour, baking powder and salt.
Place the mixture in a piping bag.
Clean the rice cooker and add 300 ml of oil.
Close the lid and press Cook.
Stop the machine after 5 minutes.
Cut off the tip of the piping bag.
Open the lid of the rice cooker.
Press the piping bag to squeeze out the dough. Cut small fritters into the oil, close the lid and press Cook.
Cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
