COUSCOUS WITH VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 measures of instant couscous (transparent cup)

2 measures of chicken stock (blue cup)

1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion

1 tablespoon of finely diced courgette

1 tablespoon of finely diced pumpkin

1 tablespoon of diced red pepper

1 diced chicken breast

20 g butter

Salt, black pepper

Dried chilli pepper

1 teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon coriander seeds

1 piece of peeled ginger, 0.5 cm

A few strands of saffron

A small piece of cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in the rice cooker. Place the lid and press Cook.
