Ingredients for 2 people:
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
½ onion, finely chopped
¼ red pepper, diced
Extra virgin olive oil
250 g minced beef
Salt, pepper
Cumin
Oregano
½ teaspoon ground chilli or dried chillies
½ tablespoon sweet paprika from La Vera
100 g fried tomato
150 g black beans or red beans, cooked and drained
Fresh coriander
Optional:
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
Place the garlic, onion and pepper in the rice cooker with a dash of olive oil. Place the lid and press Cook. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Open the lid and add the minced beef. Season with salt and pepper and the rest of the dried spices. Stir. Replace the lid and press Cook.
After 5 minutes, open the lid, stir and press Cook.
Open the lid, add the tomato, spices and beans and two to three tablespoons of water or the cooking juice from the beans.
Stir all the ingredients carefully. Add the chopped coriander and, if desired, the Worcestershire sauce. Close the lid, press Cook and leave to cook for another 20 minutes.
