Ingredients for 2 people:
100 g onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper
Thyme
2 chorizo sausages for cooking
150 ml cider
Preparation:
Peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips along the grain.
Place it in the rice cooker with a little olive oil.
Season with salt and thyme. Place the lid, press Cook and leave to cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, stir and repeat the process.
Add the chorizo sausages and pour in the cider. Close the lid, press Cook and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
